Farmers Market Shifting Into the Fall Season We have passed the midway point of the Watertown Farmers’ Market, as we see the beginning signs of the fall season in northwest Connecticut. School busses filled with returning children; a few stray leaves on the lawn that have already turned and fallen; pumpkin flavored “everything” is being advertised; and the farmers here are starting to plan a special “Celebrating Halloween” market on closing day, October 11th.
