Puff to resemble Miss Piggy. 4. Food in the gut prevents fat use for fuel. Train empty or plump like a goose. 5. Ellipticals only wobble your fat around in an oscillating rhythm. 6. Treadmills are excellent devices to amuse hamsters. 7. Cardio is a fat loss con. It takes18-20 hours cardio to remove one pound of fat. 8. Biggest problems are thighs and buns. Pat-a-cake aerobics will not tame them. 9. Whatever position you abs are in during exercise, they will grow that way. 10. Fat is burned in muscle. Insufficient muscle? Where do you burn the fat. 11.
