Father Bernard Kinvi of Bossemptele, Central African Republic, - TopicsExpress

Father Bernard Kinvi of Bossemptele, Central African Republic, arrived in London today. We took him to Westminster Abbey, and when the Reverend in charge learned of his story, he had tears in his eyes. He led us on a private tour of the sanctuary of Edward the Confessor, closed to the public, the only Catholic shrine which escaped the Reformations destruction. You represent our common faith, he told Father Bernard. Read Father Bernards story, told by Jon Lee Anderson, in the New Yorker here: newyorker/magazine/2014/10/20/mission-3
