Father, to You I turn my eyes this morning. I need You to be close to me this day. There are so many things that will happen this day, that I do not feel ready for. So many decisions that will directly affect our relationship, and the example I am to others of Your love for them. Lord, I am only a man, carnal at heart, sin is my history. Lord, I am not worthy of Your touch, yet daily You touch my life. How I long to look into Your wonderful face, and to see Your eyes, to feel Your touch, to hear Your voice. Lord, I might not make this day 100%, but I am going to go into it with the knowledge that You are with me. What happens will happen, and I trust You will have a hand in it. If in this day Lord You wish to use me to be a blessing to someone else, even though it means a radical change for my personality, I pray You will break my pride, and that in humility I can operate as Your instrument. Lord, and if in this day You wish to use me to be a blessing to someone that helps them to return to You, then O Glorious blessing. Thank You. I love You. Amen
