Feature Friday!!! This is the lovely Roachel! Check out what Roachel had to say below: I am very proud of you with your weight loss challenge. We do have something in common, I started my weight loss in 2008 and I have lost 200 pounds. I know how hard it is, but how also gratifying it could be. You really have been a motivation and also an inspiration for me to continue on the moments that I have fell off. But looking at your daily comments and encouragement, I have come to realize that there are other people who are on this long journey and it helps me keep on going. This is what Im talking about. We are a community and you are not alone on this journey to a healthier life! Remember you can do it!
