Federation Of Akoko North East Student Union (FANESU NATION BODY) Press release **** LEADERSHIP**** On behalf of myself and the entire above name association (FANESU NATIONAL BODY) promise that we are not going to support any political party but we will work,support and mobilize vote for visionary candidate (personality) and am also using this medium opportunity to tell you that we are not a partisan but we will ensure that visionary candidate rule us right from local level to federal level, If a good leader find himself in the midst of wrong team his regime wil surely be useless and meaningless in all ramifications,all his effort will not be reflected but when a bad leader find himself in the midst of good ? people his regime is likely to be good only if betrayer are not existing,but bad leader with bad team will surely disappoint uselessly because they re egoism, but if good leader work with good team it will favor as a societal in practice and will be 100% ok but very hard to attain. Out of the many types of leadership the main two types of leadership politically are instrumental and societal. Instrumental leader uses power and influence primarily in the pursuit of private (personal,close family,cohorts)goals community obectives are secondary to an instrumental leaders main concern of instrumental leader is how he can use his office to achieve personal objectives which we are practicing in Nigeria. Nigeria practice instrumental leader. Societal leader is a public servant first and only secondarily a private person while the instrumental leader uses his position to promote private and selfish goals,the societal leader subordinates private narrow goals for broader community objectives. If we start implementing societal leader in Nigeria i say this with confident of 100% Nigeria will change positively and we will continue enjoying it forever and ever. amen is only president yaradua that practice societal leader others president since the day of our independent til now they practice instrumental leader.
