Feedback & micro-adjustments are 2 of the biggest questions we get when a new athlete comes on board. Here - remote coaching client Stephanie McCarthy is working a muscle up shoulder to overhead training complex...but...somethings just a bit off - can you spot it? Shes got good muscle ups (obvi) but they could be great...they NEED to be great...so just like when an athlete misses a lift - and we can prescribe micro adjustments & remedial drills to break down & fix high skill/high cns movements... The same thing goes for getting gymnasty! Transitional reps are now added to her program design to help smooth the ring transition out & save a TON of energy when in competition. And we wouldnt know this if we didnt communicate, give, and get feedback from our athletes on the regular. With no feedback, small skill errors become permanent. And you deserve better - you deserve to have coaches that dont just write a program for you - but constantly assess, adjust, and inform you to be a better athlete.
