Feel good story :), we had many bikes stolen from our condos garage --- This morning at 3:30am The Hart Security patrol intercepted a burglar in the garage. The burglar was identified as Mark Anthony DaScenzo (see attached photo’s), who gained entry into the 2125 building garage by lifting up the garage door (see attached photo). The building camera monitoring contractor notified the Hart Special Patrol who arrived at the building within two minutes and captured the 6’10 burglar in the garage after a physical altercation. This suspect was then arrested by the police and will be charged with attempted burglar, criminal trespass, and possibly assault. No damage was rep[orated in the garage and the burglar was not carrying any stolen property at the time of his arrest (probably because the Hart response was so fast). However, residents are advised to inspect their vehicles for any signs of a break-in. Management is in contact with SFPD and will forward any reports of damage to the officer in charge of the investigation.
