Feel like giving up xx This is my son Greg John Taylor - Cat why should any mother who has lost such a precious part of them have to fight at every step of the way for the people who were supposed to have helped him, to tell the truth, as far as i am concerned we the taxpayers pay for a lying bunch of bastards to look after us, that includes the police, ambulance, and the hospital, I am still waiting for a letter which should have been here by the 18th December at the latest, from torbay hospital explaining what exactly happened to Greg on that night, Torbay hospital did not even offer for the CHAPLINE to come and sit with me just after he had died, and the consultant who is paid so much money spent about 3 minutes with me on that night. Am becoming fed up with it. xxx The senior paramedic who came to the house said that they never take people from Kings ash road to Derriford, well yes they do, just not Greg. He also said they could not give greg the blood clotting medicine because it took 10 minutes to work, i said he was with the paramedic for 25 minutes so there was plenty of time to have administered it. I have found out TODAY that he was not qualified to administer it to Greg, great care that was, The paramedic had no advances major trauma training and was not comfortable putting a catheter into Gregs arm so that when he got to the hospital if needed they could have started caring for him straight away, i was told that they had to get him to hospital asap. They did not put a catheter in but spent vital minutes taking off his BOOTS AND SOCKS and i dont think 25 minutes at the side of the road is rushing. They did not put him on a spinal board even though he had suspected spinal injuries well done for looking after my precious boy with such ineptitude but evidently you did an OK job, in my head an OK job is just not good enough i expected excellent care for my dying boy or is that just to much to expect xx Rant over !!!!!!! xxxxx
