Feeling virtuous. Walked ten and a half miles from Wembley to Parliament Hill. First third lovely, last third lovely. Middle bit a little suburban. Its the other half of the walk my sister sent me from Wembley to the Olympic Stadium. Great wildlife (Yaffle; heron; thrush etc) including an unknown large pale butterfly I couldnt get near enough to identify but I think was probably a brimstone, and many (but not all) trees burgeoning and spring flowers and blossom everywhere. London is surprisingly green. Slightly achey but what lovely views and fresh air.
