Fehn Ship Management is now certified by Lloyd’s Register according to ISO 9001. Fehnship works already for six years according to ISO 9001 but switched to Loyd’s Register as new certification organisation this year. After three days of in-depth inspection of all aspects of Fehnship’s quality management the auditors of Lloyd’s Register declared that they did not find a single so called non-conformity - a rarity in a first-time audition. The auditors commended methods and procedures at Fehnship and praised the close cooperation and constant flow of information between the departments. Additionally Lloyds Register granted Fehnship the Document of Compliance for the Latvian flag allowing Fehnship to operate vessels under Latvian flag.
