Fellow attendees of Above & Beyond: We Are All We Need at the LA Forum on Feb. 6th: I have some great news about the hotel group sales! First of all, I would like to know who all is interested in getting a hotel for Friday night? We have asked for a total of 20 rooms (and of course can accommodate more.. The more the merrier) with 2 Queen Beds at The Four Points in Los Angeles. (See links below) this guarantees us up to 4 people in each room! If we have 20 (or more) rooms booked for Friday Feb. 6th, we will be at a locked in rate of $115 + .15% tax ($132.25 total) for that night. If we have 4 people in each room, thats a total of $33 each! With this guaranteed price, if you wanted to stay Thursday and Saturday as well (if youre out of town, or just want to) the hotel will also honor that rate for those nights as well! Here are some great things to keep in mind: 1.) if youre flying from out of town, there is a free shuttle that will pick you up and bring you directly to the hotel 2.) free wi-fi in every room 3.) discounted overnight parking to $12 a night We are currently in the works for a contract by including breakfast vouchers as well as getting a discounted shuttle from the hotel to the Forum and back the night of A&Bs show. That means we wouldnt have to rely on cabs or drive ourselves. Saves us $25 for parking at the Forum and we can all go together. This isnt guaranteed, but we are looking into it! If you book the room now it learn you cant go to the event, have no fear! They are letting us cancel up to 3 weeks before the event. So, how many people would be interested in staying at this hotel? We have not signed a contract yet and are waiting to hear on other hotels for their deals. From what Ive heard from people in the hospitality business, is that this is an AMAZING deal!
