Responsibilities: • Handling clients properly and client interaction through phone or mail. • Co-ordinate projects between internal team and clients • Regular follow ups on project completion and pay attention on the delays from client end • Maintain and follow up the sales reports and activities • Organize meetings and appointments • Organize recruitment of new staffs and conduct interviews whenever necessary • Maintain official records • Handling Payroll • Maintain the accounts related records • Preparation of Quotations and Proposals accurately • Preparing daily activities reports • Other Administrative activities Qualification: B.Tech /MCA in CSE /IT preferred Or 3+ years of experience in Administration + sound knowledge about website functionalities Salary - 200-225KD Interested candidates can send your CVs to businesskuwait25@gmail (IS-PEFK)
