Ferguson activists have shut down the West Oakland BART station this morning after handcuffing themselves to a train. KCBS reports they intend to keep the West Oakland station shut down for at least four hours to symbolize the 4.5 minutes Michael Brown’s body had reportedly been in the street after officer Darren Wilson shot him.
