Fernwood closing is a PERFECT example of small-town business minds trying and thinking they can do it themselves. At some point, business owners in this area will realize you NEED a HIGH level marketing strategy/plan in order to compete. Or even stay in business in TODAYS Pocono Mountains environment. Even if that means bringing in heavy hitting marketing or business consultants who have worked with/for national and multinational companies. Offered my services last year and didnt hear a word back.
