Fete Update We are well underway organising different stalls and activities for the fete, (19th October) but we still need to have a few more families volunteer to become stall convenors. Being a stall convenor requires the volunteer to be responsible for setting up the stall, pricing any unpriced items and then at the end of the day packing up. The convenor will not need to stay with the stall for the entire day, as we usually have more than enough volunteers to share the load. At this point in time we are looking for convenors for: • The white elephant stall, • Flag stall • Bottle stall We also need an auctioneer with the voice and personality to whip up the crowds into a spending frenzy.
