Few simple steps that you need to know: Our Customers: - We catter only to wholesale, transhiper, or specialized retail shop who intend to do a scheduled shipment with us. We do not sell to individual/hobbyist or one time purchase importer. - Send us your inquiry and please be specific on the questions. Please specify your port of destination with closest airline hub, your CITES requirement, ordering volume, ordering frequency, corals you are looking for, preferred airlines. Basically show us that you are serious about your inquiry and we will respect your questions. - We will send you our price list along with more detailed business terms after we receive your inquiry CITES Terms: - New Customers, please allow 2-8 weeks for a new CITES application for your shipment. However from time to time we might have a processed CITES on hand ready to use. Please inquire. - For first time customer, a deposit of US$300 is required to issue CITES to your company. This deposit will be credited towards your final invoice. We accept bank TT for CITES deposit. CITES content: - Due to very limited availability of CITES quota, we distribute quota among our customers to our discretion. - Acanthastrea: Nobody in Indonesia have hundreds of this quota, so please be mindfull when asking for this quota for your CITES, we have only limited amount of quota for Acanthastrea. - Blastomussa: As above - Echinopora: As above - Alveopora: As above - All other species, we generally do not have problem providing you with your requested CITES content as long it is reasonable. Just be mindful with the composition, we have to share our quota among our customers. Time Frame: - (NON European Union Countries) Maximum time frame that we will keep your CITES reserved for you is 1 month, after that we reserve the right to cancel your CITES and use it for our other customer. - (European Union Countries) We will keep your CITES to the fullest extend of the validity period ONLY with prior agreement - After notification of CITES clearance we will scan and email the CITES to our customer. if we do not receive any confirmation within 5 working days, we will cancel and use the CITES for other customer. Note For European Union Countries: - It is your responsiblity to confirm with your local authority for the list of negative opinion species list. Some countries within EU might have slight variations. Please confirm first. - We cannot be held responsible if the shipment being seizured if you failed to provide us with correct up to date list of negative opinion list. - Please advise all other supplementary documents (Certificate Of Origins, Special Vet certificate, Specific language ANNEX form, etc) required for your particular country. Once again we cannot be held responsible if you failed to inform us about the required supplementary documents. Payment: - After we have your CITES on hand, we will issue a proforma invoice for you to evaluate. After the invoice has been agreed please pay the amount on the invoice in full amount. - Payment needs to be cleared in our account 2 X 24 Hr before the date of the shipment. International wire transfer will take 1-2 working days (USA & CANADA), 4-10 working days (Europe), 1-2 working days (ASIA), 4-14 working days (Other countries). - It is customers responsiblity to make sure that we receive the payment before the agreed shipment date, we reserve the right to cancel the shipment if we do not receive the payment within 2X24 hr before shipping date. Packing and weight limit: - We pack every corals individually and we will do every measure we feel needed to make sure the corals arrive safely in destination - We pack the corals with 2-3 layers of 0.4 - 0.6 mm thick PE plastic bag, filled with oxygen and rubber band sealed. - We use standard IATA approved Styrofoam box (50 cm X 36 cm X 40 cm) for Live Tropical Fish / Live corals commodity lined with 1mm thick PE plastic and double packed with corrugated cardboard box. - Approximate content of each box is 20-35 pcs, weighing each at 20-28 kgs. Unless otherwise specified by buyer we will use this guidelines to estimate box count. - Suggested minimum order is 500 Kg (approx. 25 boxes). An order below mentioned weight will be available for trial shipment only. DOA Policy: - Acceptable/non claimable DOA (Death On Arrival) rate is 5% of the total corals. Claimed DOA for more than 5% will need to be proven with detailed pictures of the dead corals immediately after unpacked or within 1 X 24 Hour. - AUTHENTIC photo proof are required for any discernable DOA claims. We DO NOT honor DOA claim without any proof. - We are not responsible for the quality of your water. Dead claim after an extended period will not be honored.
