Few things are responsible for the ill health : 1. skipping breakfast 2. gluttony 3. smoking 4. consuming too much sugar 5. air pollution 6.sleep deprivation 7. covering ones head during sleep 8. thinking too hard 9. lack of brain stimulation (less thought would make the brain shrink,so thing is the best way to train the brain) 10. rarely talking (do not be too proud to be quiet,quality chatting is very good for your health) TAKE CARE OF YOUR HEALTH..............
