Fifth Golden Gift of Menopause: The Shift to Inner Authority. With the changes of menopause, we wake up to the fact weve been around the block once or twice. Wisdom begins to dawn, like a slow sunrise. We feel an increasing shift from external authority to INNER authority, realising we just KNOW things. The confusion about who we are and what we should do starts to clear and we begin to really follow OUR SELF. It doesnt matter anymore what others think—we are our Own Authority.
