Fighting 1,504 days... Still fighting strong!! Today was a pretty good day , lots of silliness, smiles , cuddles and giggles. She ate ok today but complained her tummy hurt off and on. She did have some mild diarrhea but it is a side effect of her chemo so its hard to say what is causing it. Shes drinking a ton still and is playing so I think its treatment related. She is pretty tired and has been sleeping pretty good. Still taking a 2 hour nap and sleeping her normal 10-12 hours at night. Her and Avah both are such good sleepers. I wish I could sleep that good , I have not had more than 4 hours of sleep per night in I cant even remember how long. Im so exhausted!! Just cant seem to shut of my brain , a lot of things going through it :( We just have a ton of stuff to do and get before this little boy arrives. Maddies doing well with her treatment but its always the what ifs that get me .. And I know dont worry about those and take day by day. But its just our life and cancer is a part of it and it just scares me so much!! But I have faith that maddies will beat this once and for all. Unfortunately with the rare syndrome she has, she will maybe be faced with it for the rest of her life. I just pray that she beats it and will never ever experience anything like this again. She has endured and continues to endure more than anyone in one lifetime. Maddie will have her next set of MRIs, spinal tap, echo and EKG sometime in February . Its going to continue to be every 3 months , I hate it !! But we are cherishing every single minute of every single day ... Today is a gift ... Everyday is a gift... Hug your kids tight and never let them go!!
