Literally anyone can scream or talk like this, anyone at all. There is defiantly a way to relay a tactical talk to players, but a coach/manager has got to have a playing method or preferred playing style in order to do this. Teams without a playing method or set style of play will more often than not resort to this old school approach to coaching, and lets face it, it does very little for players both tactically and mentally. 100% fact= Negativity breeds negative results, Positivey breeds positive results.
