Final on the Horse Float. Basically the company/person I bought the float off moved overseas not long after I got it, so he paid the new owner of the company to fix all the problems. Well the F@#$ing PRICK only did a small portion of the work and in a really BAD way. Because I didnt have a contract with the new owner , the originaly owner has to seek the compensation. And even though he took over ownership of the company I only had a contract with he original owner there is nothing I can do in regards to the pathetic workmanship he did/didnt do. In order to receive any compensation I have to take the company I originaly purchased the float from. Which is fine except when the court served them, there was no one !o serve as they are now living in Poland. After the court hearing I had a chat to the judge who was awesome, I came to the decision that it will only cost me more money to fight and in the end I will not get anything back. As cranky and as frustrating as it is, I have had to take it as a lesson learned. I tried as hard as I could and just have to except I was ripped off. It did help that the Judge could see that the MORON was a pathetic excuse for a tradesman but the law is the law and he could only rule on that.
