Finally! A new snatch PR! Hit a 103# power snatch and attempted 108# twice. There is far more progress to be had on this lift, which is exciting :) I will need some help though .. looking at the first lift .. its pretty easy to see I am struggling with shoulder stability because I am not externally rotating. Problem is I can externally rotate at the top of an overhead squat .. but as I move toward the bottom I become a disorganized mess. Is this because my torso needs to stay more upright and I need to keep working on hip mobility? Determined to get to the bottom of this mobility restriction and I would appreciate any insight anyone can give. Thanks guys!
