Finally good news---Today I took the magic cards for estimates at a local game stop. Cha cha ching!!! Finally. Wow! Sorry bargain shoppers, the nerds were whipped into a frothy frenzy over them. They are heading to a gaming site and to eBay. Apparently its good stuff. My days keep getting weirder and weirder! Lol the cute dark eyes a blank hair in pony tail 35(-/+) nerd man, brought me the specific tea drink- i had ordered earlier this week-from the store next door and a sprite for my kid without asking. ( detail oriented fella) spend a solid hour hardcore flirting after settling Patrick into a Sonic game and Im totally trying to understand what the F he is explaining about the ( huge collection of cards at serious nauseam); my deer in headlight look caused him out of blue ask me out for Friday night.... ( assuming my child was consumed by a game as usual)>>≥ ugh no- Lol Patrick went nuts... shouting across the entire store- Mom!!! Go out with him... He will teach me games and play with you too. ( you never saw two people turn red so fast). The folks at the D&D table cheered. Ugh. I politely and quietly declined and hurried from the store. He had my phone # due to the estimate sheet. Little bugger has texted me a half dozen times-I Conceded to when the cards sell, I will take him out for dinner for all his help- I replied- Do you provide this level of customer care to everyone? He freakin called, i dropped my phone...yipes---his message.. Ill get the latest deck and teach your son-now, drop him off on Friday and Saturday night group. Oh Lord.... My geek spawn is uber excited. Lol Omg... Wth?!
