Finally got around to pulling off the left front wheel, brake caliper assembly and brake rotor off the Chevy Impala late this afternoon. The noise Ive been hearing when making hard right turns is a bad wheel hub. I just put a new one on that wheel in 2009, while the one on the right (been there since the car was new) is still going strong. Go figure. Good news is the price has gone down from $139 to $89 - $97 and change (with tax) out the door. There goes the $100 I saved on heating bills this month. Now I know what Ill be doing tomorrow afternoon.
