Finally, the 12 year old minor girl who was repeatedly raped by her domestic employer will get justice ! Today the accused who was absconding for so many months, has been sent to Judicial custody by the honourable court. The girl was rescued by me and my helpline Survivors For Victims Of Social Injustice gave all assistance . I was personally present at the time of medical examination, as per the new stipulated guidelines. Medical report confirmed repeated rape . Thanks to all the media friends and also Kolkata Police for putting best efforts.Now the test of Judiciary. Exemplary punishment must for an educated young businessman for committing such heinous crime. Social sickness must end. I was constantly in touch with the police and higher officials, Next date is on 22 July 2014. Will keep you updated ! The poor parents are in tears. In the meantime their elder daughter went missing . So same family is devastated with one daughter getting raped and another went missing from Sonarpur railway station. We lodged missing diary with CID too. Very difficult case and surprising too ...... please pray for return of the elder daughter ! Both the faces are in front of me...... Goddess help !
