Finished my first week at Wegmans in Burlington. All the employees have been sampling all the foods from bagels to sushi and everything is outstanding. Our Grand Opening is on Sunday, October 26th at 7:00am. Fantastic sales and very competitive prices on all items throughout the store. The store is absolutely state of the art, any hard to find item you are looking for we have. Liquor Store and specialty items(the cheese department alone is unreal) can also be found. Our kitchens,meat department,produce etc are all open viewing to the public. The cafe seating is so comfy and beautiful with fieldstone,wood,tile and everything is immaculate. Cute childrens area. Escalators that allow you to take your carriage to the second floor to dine. The prepared foods are fabulous prepared by Chefs~our salads and sandwiches have a one day shelf life, prepared fresh daily, so come visit our Chefs Kitchen, Italian, Asian,Sushi Vegetarian, Soups, Chicken Wings,Cold Station and Family to go dishes for two and more. We have pumpkins and Christmas trees. As you can tell, I am extremely impressed with Wegmans and wanted to share how special this grocery store from another planet is!!!
