[First Acceptance Notifications Sent!] We would like to thank all of our abstract submitters. First notifications of acceptance have been sent to abstract submitters. If you haven’t received any notification, please contact the secretariat. Session chairs have submitted their proposals with the accepted abstracts, and the scientific committee will finish checking all session proposals by March 15th. To arrange the conference logistics like shuttle bus, food and so on, we would like to request that accepted abstract submitters book their hotels and flights, and then most importantly complete filling out their schedules on our online registration system soon. We can’t guarantee rooms after the deadline of March 31st. Even now the number of blocked rooms is decreasing. If you need assistance with making your reservations, please contact the secretariat at anytime. We will be happy to help you. There is only 1 month left until the pre-registration deadline, so please hurry and encourage your colleagues to participate.
