First Children’s Embassy in the World Megjashi-Republic of Macedonia has officially protected its name as a Trade Mark and, with a Decision by the State Office of Industrial Property, it has the right of ownership of its name. “The State office for industrial property, based on the article 19 from the Law on industrial property (Official newspaper of RM no.21/09 and 4/11, acting according to the claim for trade mark TM 2008/502 from 07/05/2008 of the First Children’s Embassy in the World Megjashi, Kosta Novakovic str, no.22a, 1000 Skopje, MK, submitted by the legal representative, made the following DECISION Here by it is acknowledge the right of service, individual trade mark, based on the trade mark claim TM 2008/502 from 07/05/2008, to the submitter of the report First Children’s Embassy in the World Megjashi, Kosta Novakovic str, no.22a, 1000 Skopje, MK.
