First I cold smoked a couple of thick cut, Tatonka Dust seasoned rib eyes using whiskey barrel pellets. Then grilled shrimp that were seasoned with Tastefully Simple Seafood & Fish seasoning. Then fired up a good hot bed of lump and placed the rib eyes on the glowing coals... While the rib eyes rested, grilled up some garlic toast. Love the extra char taste from cooking directly on lump, will definitely be making steaks using this method again!
