First and foremost, many thanks to all the birthday wishes I got today, the 1st day of my life oh so many moons ago!!! Peace,love, joy and yes bliss! Keep the oil in the lamp..... Today I woke up with feelings so profound not only from the joy of having spent an amazing weekend with my husband & kids and their better halves :); NYC ; an amazing play, the Beautiful (Carol KIngs auto bio); amazing dinners etc. etc. (a blissful moment in time) but moreover, because of our President and his initiative w/the 5 other nations (the coalition) taking to the streets only to protect this country, AMerica/the USA not only from ISIS but from AlQueda and their eminent threat to the sovereignty of America & citizens!!! More power to a man (Obama) who did not yield to people of the Americas calling him the worst president of all times but rather to the belief of knowing what he had to do as a Commander in Chief of the USA and yes the Americas!. I love this man this President because truly he is in my eyes the Guru of American politics. The strength, the girth to stand tall against all odds......Thank you Sir President Barack Obama...... AND from the yoga vantage point, thank u sir for taking the time to inhale, lift up out of your hips, toes & heels touching (nicely), feet pressed down into the Earth, spine straight & upright; stretch up (bend) to the right, (bend) to the left, to the back (deep back bend) then forward (deep forward bend, hips up, knees/legs locked/straight and strong), breathing calmly thru the nose stretching the hamstrings, calming the mind, from the coccyx to the top of the head, & to the toes, 360 degrees angle stretch! Again, today is the best day of the rest of my life! I hate war, we all hate war but sometimes we need to kill the disease in order to survive as a peaceful nation protecting the threshold of our home (homeland). Thanks you Mr. President!!!!!
