First chance Ive had to check in. Bill and I arrived in Beaufort yesterday afternoon at about 1:00. Drove by Old Sheldon Church on the way in (gorgeous), then came to check in at the Holiday Inn, moved in, relaxed a bit, went to Dockside for dinner, then to Waterfront Park for the sunset and coffee. Perfect ending to a perfect 2 days of travel! Today we got up early and went to Community Bible Church, then to Blackstones for brunch. Its been steadily raining all day, but our spirits ARENT DAMPENED!!! We drove to Bluffton and Hilton Head just to explore, and get acclimated to the area. Were learning!!! LOTS OF PHOTOS TO POST NOW! Tomorrow, we visit The Preserve to see where we will be living! Then I think the Columbus ships sail in, in the afternoon. Johnson Creek Tavern for dinner tomorrow, and maybe the beach! HAVING A WONDERFUL TIME!!! God bless yall!!!
