First day seemed like a success.. Definitely a lot different structure wise, but should be a piece of cake to navigate. One thing I did learn: Their midwest hub has a kitchen with 6 full-time chefs. They host blind taste tests regularly to compare their products with national brands.. If their products are not up to par, they either force the manufacturer to reformulate- or go after a different distributor with products of equal or greater quality as the national brands.
