First things first, changing your routine does nothing to shock or trick your muscles into growing, However, it can provide a much needed change for when things get stale. Recently, I had been battling with pure boredom when it came to my workout. I was not having fun, I was not enjoying myself, and it did leave me feeling rather meh, and asking myself why am I even doing this if Im not having fun? So I switched things up! lo and behold, I found myself enjoying my workouts again! A simple change in my priorities physique wise had me completely overhaul my training routine, which turned out to be all I needed to remotivate myself. If youre finding it hard to get to the gym to complete your workout, maybe you should take a look at your routine too, and see if its the cause of the sudden lack of energy youre investing into your exercising. I hope this helps a few of you! None of us are superheroes, and we all go through highs and lows when it comes to training :)
