First twenty minutes of Jack the Giant Slayer last night: Eldest: Mummy, mummy, doesnt Jack look like the zombie you like in that film...oh, what was it called... I cant remember, but doesnt he look like him mummy? Me: Warm Bodies, and yes because its the same guy. Middle child: Hey, havent we seen that guy in something else? Me: Yes, its Ewan McGregor - he played Ben Kenobi in the prequels. Eldest: I knew Id seen him before! Youngest rattles sweets and crunches popcorn. Hubs: Be quiet and watch the film. Eldest: Look! Thats him from Catching Fire, he was in Catching Fire...cant remember his name, whats his name? Me: Dunno. Hubs: Nicholas Hoult looks like Merlin in this. Eldest: Oh, yeah, he does... Hubs (to me): and hes wearing a hoody again (in house joke) Me: Not red though. Oh, look, Lovejoy. Everyone except hubs: Who?! Me: The king played a dodgy antiques dealer in a program when I was your age. Youngest plays with sweets again. Hubs: For gods sake, shut up and watch the film! :P
