Firstly, thank you Mara for accepting my request to join this group again. I just have something to share with your permission. To those of you who are struggling with being adopted or even if you have made peace with it, but still have those moments of not knowing who you really are, these series of videos by Christine Caine might be of help. On my personal struggle, these are helping with healing the wounds of the past and getting me into that level of determining my purpose after my successful search. Note that I have only posted here the link to the 1st part of the series. The rest can be found on youtube or you can buy the CD on Amazon or other bookstores. In Australia, I think this is available in Koorong bookshops. Its actually a material for bible study (along with her study guide), but it can be something that you can watch alone and treat as just a testimony of an adopted person and be inspired.
