#FitMiss Workout Video of the Day!! Chest and Back by Chady Dunmore! Low Cable Chest Raise. 12 reps Cable Close grip pulldowns 15 reps Superset with incline push-ups Till failure. {5 rounds} Low Cable Chest Raise 1.) Start off setting up handles on a low pulley cable machine, standing in between the machines, grabbing the handles with both hands and keeping your arms at your sides. 2.) Slowly bring the handles together in front of your body at about waist level and squeeze your lower chest. 3.) Hold for a count then return back to the starting position 4.) Repeat for as many reps and sets. Cable Close grip pulldowns 1. Grab a handle using a close grip with your arms extended straight overhead. 2. Pull the handle down to the top of your chest. 3. Return the handle back to the starting position by straightening your arms completely Keep your back upright and straight throughout the movement. Incline push-ups Place hands on step or platform, wider than shoulders. On knees or toes, slowly bend arms and lower body until elbows are at 90 degree angles. Straighten arms and push up without locking elbows. Keep abs tight throughout the movement! For beginners : Do the pushups with weight on your knees instead of your toes.
