Fitness Blog; So its day no.12 of routine and nutrition plan Ive managed to stick to the foods, and not deviated. Im starting to get used to the quantities now, and find myself feeling hungry each time I come to eat one of my meals. So my stomach is stretching and getting used to it. Weigh in: 12 days ago 71.5kg this morning Im weighing in at 72.2kg Still aiming for 77kg ish by march so I can strip back to 75kg by May! Feel positive after weighing myself but still along way to go!
