Fitness has been a way of life for me for nearly half as long as Ive been on the planet. Throughout the years, Ive experienced many disciplines and have learned from them all. From hitting the weights in the gym to a variety of martial arts, working out has always been a passion for me. At 18, I started strength training. From there, I began to study different fight techniques including boxing, brazilian jiu jitsu, muay thai and others. Ive trained with and have learned from some of the best instructors out there. Over the past year, I became interested in the benefits of calisthenics. Although Ive seen the benefits of weight training, I became more and more interested in using my own body and minimal equipment to build strength...strength Ive never achieved in a classic gym setting. After a lot of research and some basic self training, I became aware of the PCC method. I feel what Danny and Al have introduced has truly innovated the practice of calisthenics. Ive learned that its possible to not only achieve superior strength, but to do it safely without the need for endless expensive equipment. Going through the certification this past June, I met some amazing people, assimilated skills I never knew existed and achieved a fitness goal I am more proud of than any other. I look forward to sharing what Ive learned with you.
