Fitness update... In no order 1. I need my fitness to be one bus ride away. 2. I walked western to California.. Walked half then ran half of the full soccer field 4x ( so like running two and walking two)... 3. I stretched and walked from ogden to the Douglas park building and back out to ogden and down to homan. 4. I moved for over an hour in total. 5. I count the distance on #2 as my mile.. My time 24:41 BUT a very unscientific mile. 6. I am not trying to reach a weight goal... I am addicted to the run/ waddle high i get! Lunch and work!!!
