Fitnesstip2-# Macro break down -101 Your three basic macro.nutrients being protein fat and carbs should be taken in at an exact science for gains. You should shoot for one gram of protein per body weight your looking to get too (goal weight) training days your main macros should be protein 70% carbs the other 30% non training should be 50/50 protein and fat..try and stay away from trans and sat fats as they tend to store to your abdominal muscles first. Whey protein is ideal fot training days as casein protein should be aimed on non-training days as it acts as a slower digesting protein.
