Flashback.................: Twenty-two years ago, while as part of a dance group on the TNN TV series, Club Dance at the Whitehorse Café, we were visited by an up-and-coming recording artist who had just released a hottie little song. Then a short time later, I had the pleasure of meeting a lady from Nashville by the name of Melanie Greenwood (and yes, the last name should ring a bell) who had choreographed a line dance for that same song. Having just moved to East Tennessee from Atlanta, GA and thinking I knew enough about dance (I was teaching in TN then) to learn that dance as something to teach. Well, shortly thereafter I was visiting in Atlanta and happened into Mamas Country Showplace where a friend of mine was the DJ (I think John Anderson & his band was the appearing that evening). To make a long story short, during the band break I taught that dance, some of you might remember Achy Breaky Heart and Billy Ray Cyrus. Kenneth Wayne Workman might want to comment on that but Id never seen so many butts packed that tightly on a dance floor! What fun. Grover...........? So why the story..............? Im sitting here at the computer and for some reason a much more recent (2012?) BRC music video pops up and I thought, Do I want to listen to it? I hadnt heard this one, or at least I dont remember, so I thought OK. Well, I thought the vid was a tad trashy for most of it but afterwards I was glad I did. I know, that family has had more than their share of issues but remember, SEEING IT POP UP REMINDED ME OF THE GREAT TIMES MOST OF US WERE HAVING 22-YEARS AGO. So, Im posting this silly vid for everyone to think back to their GREAT TIMES. If you didnt have any, well, dont post here and mess up mine! Anybody out there with their boots on?
