Flexing my Writing Muscle a While Ago...This came out. "Raging, spiteful storm clouds collided with a mountain’s high peaks high overhead as thunder and lightning ransacked the skies and shook the earth beneath them. The earth beneath was a sea of rot and flame, and in the tumult, an ancient, crumbling castle trembled in its death throes. Two mortal enemies, fueled by a hate that even a hundred deaths could not quench, charged one another as the stones crumbled beneath their stamping feet. The world seemed to stop and hold its breath in anticipation of the final clash, the ending blow, the end of the eternal struggle between the two. The ancient, blood-drenched, weary warriors wavered not in the face of the end; they feared nothing and would not be deterred them from their final, violent sonata. They both longed for a quiet, eternal death and a silent tomb in which to lay and rest forever. The die was cast and words of love, forgiveness, and peace had long since lost their savor. Only an eternal death itself could solve such a monstrous hatred, and only this moment in time and this place in history would be suitable as a stage for this epic climax…this destruction of all things…this final ending to the unbearable struggle. The two warriors clashed. Their armor screeched and crumpled, their eyes bled tears of shame and loss, and their tongues fired curses like flaming arrows…"
