Flight Shots eh? Well, let me tell you that even before I really got into Birding my most wonderful Moments with Raptors was watching them Fly into a Stiff Wind....I just got back from an 8 day Trip down South and finally got a Male Northern Harrier and it was so much of a Show, that I actually watched more than Photographed.... Very Windy and this guy was Hunting next to the Highway using the strong Headwind to his advantage...In the 10 minutes I was there, he was never more than 20 feet off the Ground and at times, was literally hovering....It was an incredible Aerobatic Dance that absolutely entranced....I only beat myself up now for not having Videotaped it.... This was my Best Still from it...I feel blessed when I can watch such an awesome display of Nature..... :-) If you put it up full screen, youll really see the detail...
