Floods. Hurricanes. Tornadoes. Mudslides. I feel like it is coming in layers. A couple of days ago I was at my sons school playground after school talking with a young woman. She was obviously partly Mexican. She was talking about Mexico and had an accent. She was even talking about the Aztec pyramids and seeing them as a child and how much that impressed her because there was a dig going on at the time. I think that she said they got to look through a little hole. Anyway she heard the loud noise that I heard when we got an earthquake here. I told her that at the time it sounded like the voice of God because it was so low. She agreed with that. I said it seemed like it hit up against the living room window in my apartment. That seemed akward to her. She understood though. It was a while ago now. Maybe almost 2 years ago. What strikes me as odd is that it was so loud and different. The news reported on it. Yet she may be and the leader or leader of my womens support group I was going to were the only people who said they heard it.
