Florida Speaks Tour: Sarasota/Manatee In light of recent events in the State of Florida, the Democratic Black Caucus of Florida, Florida State Senator Dwight Bullard and the Florida Black Caucus of Local Elected Officials is hosting a series of Town Hall Assemblies to allow residents of the State of Florida to publicly address violations of Individual Liberties, Women Rights, Racial Profiling, Access to Quality Health-Care, Education, Voting Rights, Pervasive Poverty, and Jobs.
