Flourless Chocolate Cake~~ Ingredient • 1/2 cup sugar • 14 ounce(s) semisweet chocolate, chopped • 1 CUP butter{dont use margarine } • 9 large eggs seperated • 1/4 tsp.cream of tarter *2 squares unsweetened chocolate,chopped powdered sugar Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.Remove bottom of 9"by 3" springform pan;cover with foil,wrapping foil around back.replace pan bottom.grease n flour foil bottom n side of pan. In heavy 2-qt. saucepan,meltall chocolatean butter over low heat,stirrin frequently,until smooth.pour chocolate mixture into lg.bowl. In a small bowl,with mixer at high speed,beat egg yolks and granulated sugar until very thickand lemon-colored,about 10 min.with rubber spatula stir egg-yolk mixture into chocolate mixture until blended.wash n dry beaters. In seperate large bowl with mixer on high speed,beat egg whites n cream of tarter until soft peaks form when beaters are lifted.with rubber spatula,gently fold beaten egg whites,one third at a time,into chocolate mixture just until blended. Scrapebatter into prepared pan;spread evenly.bake 35 min.dont overbake.cool completely in pan on wire rack.refridgerate overnight in pan. Run thin knife rinsed under very hot water n dried,around cake to loosen from side of pan.invert onto cake plate;unwrap foil from pan bottom n lift off pan.carefully peel foil away from cake. To serve;let cake stand at room temperature 1 hour.dust with powdered sugar or dust heavily over paper doily or stencil.
