Focus Work on a skill or weakness Workout Teams of three 2 outside 1 on the rower. (Organise a rotation between the three if you) one team mate is on the rower. They row max calories in the time it takes the other two team mates to do 1 round each of 10 mb cleans and a SB2SB sprint. Once the two have completed 1 round each, one team member runs back inside to change positions with their partner from the rower and put some FRESH legs on the rower. That partner runs outside to complete 1 round of 10 mb cleans and a Sb2sb sprint. This rotation continues for 25 mins. The TEAM with the highest calories after 25 minutes takes the win! Core Foam roll/stretch
