Folks, I know you think I am mad, but a friend of mine is off the scale! Keith Maclure is competing in the Celtman Extreme Scottish Triathlon and in doing so is aiming to raise money for The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association (UK). The Celtman is an extreme triathlon, 3.8Km swim in an open sea loch, 202Km bike and 42Km run over 2 Munros! (1000m high).
