(Follow-up to my previous posts on this shooting) Notice how DPD ignored the video evidence until it was leaked to the media. The neighbor (Bunch), whose surveillance video shows the police attempted murder of an innocent man, is very brave for his actions. In these times, we must stand up for our neighbors, in spite of the risks and threats from authorities. Bunch actually showed the video to the police before leaking it to the media. Brown said that the DPD pursued charges against the victim even after seeing the video because the police report, which was written by Watson, overrode the video. Both of these officers should be in jail for attempted murder or aggravated assault w/deadly weapon as well as for falsifying their report. DPD better investigate both officers histories for other crimes theyve gotten away with because there wasnt video evidence -- in fact, the entire agency should be investigated. (And I hope my friends at DPD are not adversely affected by what turns up, because I believe them to be people of integrity)
